One-Year Free Rent Program

Village of Lexington will offer residents, when purchasing a new mobile home or bringing in an approved mobile home and utilizing a vacant lot, one year of free rent*, not including water, sewer, and garbage. Residents will be responsible for the payment of monthly water, sewer, and garbage in addition to monthly rent payments. Rent rates are listed below and residents are required to pay a security deposit.  *Some restrictions apply.

 

Lot Rents as follows:

  • Single Lot  $313.70
  • Lot & Half $ 435.94
  • Double Lot $499.72
  • Lakefront Lot $513.53

The Village-owned Lexington North Shores is located in downtown Lexington. The park offers 1100 feet of public beach along the shores of beautiful Lake Huron, a clubhouse, playground, easy walking/biking to the harbor and downtown area shops and restaurants, and the many events that Lexington offers.

    The Village of Lexington is a jewel, nestled on the shore of Lake Huron. This municipal corporation exists for the purpose of providing the best possible services to our citizens while maintaining fiscal integrity and strong management. Our mission requires us to provide a competitive, high quality supply of water to those neighboring communities who purchase water from us. Further, as the owner of the Municipal mobile home park, we have the responsibility to operate and maintain a facility that reflects the high standards our citizens require and deserve.
