The Village of Lexington is currently accepting RFPs to repaint the light poles throughout the village. Lexington North Shores Superintendent

Under the general direction of the Village Manager, plans, organizes, develops, directs, and participates in all matters pertaining to the Supervision and marketing of the Lexington North Shores and all tasks related thereto. This position provides customer service to the tenants including providing information, ordinance enforcement, marketing, and leasing assistance. This position maintains records, supervises contractors, and ensures the well-being of the park. Work entails proficient knowledge in the operation, maintenance, Supervision, and general day-to-day operations of the mobile home park.

Lakeshore Revetment and Erosion Control Project

The Village of Lexington is requesting proposals (RFPs) for design and engineering services in relation to a lakeshore erosion control project. Approximately 1,100 LF of lakeshore frontage of the North Shores Mobile Home Community is suffering from significant erosion. Please see the attached RFP HERE for further information

Village Office Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

The administrative assistant position will focus on assisting the Village office staff and Village Manager and must have experience in working with word and excel programs, sorting mail, answering phones, filing, covering the front desk, accepting payments, assisting with website updates, updating files, typing and other duties as assigned. There may be other duties or tasks that are asked of this staff member that are not listed here.
