The historical Dayton House is located in downtown Lexington which, has 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 daybed, 1 full and 1 full). There is a newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen including a pantry, living room with DirectTV, DVD player and free Wifi. Air conditioners are provided as well as a gas furnace. The backyard has a charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit and chairs. Enjoy sitting in the screened-in porch or take a short walk to the beach, marina, shops, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, playground or pier.

Our mission requires us to provide a competitive, high quality supply of water to those neighboring communities who purchase water from us. Further, as the owner of the Municipal mobile home park, we have the responsibility to operate and maintain a facility that reflects the high standards our citizens require and deserve.
